Toad Hill Maple Farm is a family-owned business located in Thurman, NY. We produce and sell handcrafted maple syrup and maple-based products directly to consumers and wholesale customers. These Terms govern the use of our website and all transactions.
You must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent to place an order through our website. By ordering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.
We strive to keep our product inventory updated, but we reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue items, or substitute items of equal or greater value if necessary due to seasonal production or supply limitations. All products are handmade in small batches and may vary slightly in appearance or flavor.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Product prices do not include shipping charges, which are calculated at checkout.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons (e.g., holidays or maple festivals), processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another email with tracking details once it has shipped.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and secure payments via PayPal. Payments are processed at the time of order. All transactions are encrypted and securely processed.
Sales tax is charged based on your shipping address and applicable state/local laws. If you are tax-exempt (e.g., a wholesale customer), please contact us before placing an order with your resale certificate.
Due to the perishable nature of many of our products, all sales are final. However, if there is a problem with your order (damaged, incorrect, or defective items), please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to resolve it. We may request a photo of the issue and offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.
